The Best Leadership Ever LLC was launched with its core purpose to publish a book after gathering further input from an extensive array of people about what their experience of the best leadership ever has been. We had an amazing response from several sectors and people in many industries. Along the journey of working with our book publisher we continued to be asked for our consultative help. We suspected and have already found that the Best Leadership Ever! is not always what you expect it to be. It's the authentic simple moments of mentoring and support that seem to matter.
Helping others, including ourselves, work toward infinite improvement as individuals and teams was part of our 2020 journey! We have begun to answer the opportunity to make a difference for our clients with a new lens and the utilization of a platform suite that helps create talent optimization through all forms of leadership. (thank you Simon Sinek for publishing your book "The Infinite Game" which gave us the language to match our understanding that the journey toward the Best Leadership Ever is not finite)
