What has your experience been?

We loved your input and so much changed in 2020! 

As our book project was underway our publisher felt compelled to want to compare and contrast the responses from early 2020 to a new survey in fall 2021.  The  Global Pandemic and U.S. political platforms just raised too many questions about how others would see the Best Leadership Ever.  

In our experience many have the belief that the Best Leadership Ever is from the top down only and that you need to be in a position of power to have leadership influence.   NOT TRUE, and the the response we  received validated that  several generations, statures, nationalities, genders, personal, and professional experiences result in the Best Leadership Ever. 

We have pivoted our journey based on the insights and input that was shared.

We have answered the call to requests to work with both individuals and teams to help evolve the Best Leadership Ever!

We will share our journey as it evolves and always welcome feedback as we continue to adjust our sails and grow our team.
